WHEN IT'S NOT ALWAYS SUNSHINE AND ROSES


So this week I found a saying that I absolutely love and think it rings so true for everyone. "IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE ME AT MY WORST THEN YOU DON'T DESERVE ME AT MY BEST". I believe that it's easy to commit to someone or something when the road is smooth and good, but it's the hard road that is difficult to swallow sometimes. I believe that if you truly love someone then this love should be unconditional, gut wrenching, committed, not labeled, and an uncensored kind of love. When someone loves you they should love ALL of you, who you are, what you're about, what you stand for, the good, and bad. I don't think there should be " I will love you if..." Life is hard enough without someone putting these stipulations on you. What everyone needs in love is a supporter, best friend, a lover, and a fan. No one is perfect and neither is life so there will always be a bump in the road. There will be times when we fall and whoever is standing next to us should be the one who picks us back up. Never leaving our side and never swaying in the opposite direction of us. These are just a few of my thoughts on "true love" and what it looks like to me. I will not accept anything less from the person I am supposed to do my life with. Why would anyone deserve the very best of me if they can't take the worst?
